Overwatch Cabin – Saltbox Style Retreat with Tactical Roots

Standing as a quiet sentinel on the ridge, Overwatch Cabin is the first of our three saltbox-style builds, named in honor of the military role that keeps a watchful eye and provides cover from above. Completed on July 1st, 2025, this structure embodies both strength and peace—offering veterans and first responders a secure space to reflect, reconnect, and recharge.

The exterior showcases a striking blend of black siding and natural wood accents, while the interior features finished walls, trim, and flooring—all completed with intentional craftsmanship. The surrounding campsite has been thoughtfully groomed, with a hand-built fire pit crafted from stone and clay harvested right here on the land, and a native Ohio pollinator flower bed planted nearby to support local wildlife.

Only one detail remains: the final installation of the outdoor grill. Once in place, Overwatch Cabin will be fully mission-ready—prepared to welcome its first guests for rest, renewal, and reconnection with nature.
