Cabin Retreat Reservations

Base Camp Alpha offers weekend woodland cabin retreats designed to provide veterans and first responders an opportunity to step away from daily stressors and reconnect with nature, reflection, and community.

Our cabin retreats operate on a Friday through Sunday schedule only and are intentionally structured to encourage rest, decompression, and meaningful time outdoors. To preserve family time and volunteer availability, Base Camp Alpha remains closed during all holiday weekends.

Reservation Schedule

  • Check-In: Friday | 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

  • Check-Out: Sunday | No later than 1:00 PM

Guests should understand that Base Camp Alpha is a primitive glamping experience. Cabins do not currently include running water or permanent electrical service. This intentional design encourages a slower pace, outdoor connection, and time away from the noise of everyday life.
